Trevor has worked at board level both in the statutory and voluntary sectors in business development, strategic and operational management before becoming an independent consultant specialising in health, housing and social care with particular emphasis on personalisation, project management, stakeholder engagement, strategy development and support for implementation.
Originally trained as a general nurse Trevor has also gained an MA in Business Management |

Heather has considerable experience working for the voluntary and statutory sectors, including local authorities and NHS, originally qualifying as a social worker. She has worked at senior levels including policy and strategy development, project/programme management, service review/redesign and service user user/carer engagement. Her strengths include the ability to work across a whole system including health, housing, social care and the Third Sector and to ensure that strategy is developed and implemented. Heather’s qualifications include CQSW, MA in Applied Social Studies and Diploma in Management studies ( DMS). |
