Organi is a small innovative and dynamic consultancy. We work across housing, health and social care both in the statutory and independent sectors providing additional capacity, skills or expertise on a short term or project basis.

We work on a range of projects which vary from project management, strategy development and business planning to stakeholder engagement, support for implementation, service improvement and communication.

We are also able to draw on a wide range of skills and experience from a number of different associates to work on a team basis whenever necessary. We also have excellent administrative support which includes the ability to use Microsoft Project, analysis of questionnaires and complex data.

We are approved consultants for the Department of Health.
